Desmond Subramani (HB.Sc., Pri.Sci.Nat): Mineral Resource Geologist
[precious metals, base metals, magmatic sulphides, copper (porphyry/stratiform), coal, iron, graphite, manganese, heavy mineral sands]
Desmond Subramani is an expert Mineral Resource Geologist with more than 20 years in the mineral exploration and mining industries, with international experience that includes Ghana, DRC, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Madagascar, China, Australia, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, he is a member of the South Africa Council for Natural Scientific Professions (Pr.Sci.Nat). Desmond specializes in all aspects of economic geology and related to geostatistics for resource estimation, from early-stage projects to mining feasibility studies. Mr. Subramani’s expertise includes the design, implementation and management of exploration programs, geological assessment of mineral deposits, geological modelling and geostatistics, resource estimation and Competent Person reporting (JORC code, NI 43-101), feasibility studies, and due diligence reviews. Desmond’s key technical strengths are in 3D geostatistical resource modelling and estimation, geo-risk assessment (using conditional simulation), resource classifications and reporting, due diligence and reviews, plus compilation of independent technical reports for public companies. He is a super-user of Datamine Studio and Leapfrog 3D, with the core strengths being advanced geological modelling, geostatistical resource estimation, conditional simulation and elementary open pit optimization (using NVP Scheduler). Mr. Subramani is fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Eva Schneiderhan (PhD): Coal Resource Geologist
[coal, precious metals, base metals, magmatic sulphides, copper (porphyry/stratiform), iron, graphite, manganese]
